At Khanum's, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal is intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
